Update electron-builder.json files rule
...
- ".angular-cli.json" has been renamed in Angular 6 for "angular.json"
- Found out that some nested typscript files were still bundled

regarding electron documentation, for linux OS, icons should contain a directory with icons
https://www.electron.build/icons
Images in this directory must contain the size of the icon in their filename
